Firstly, please click on the green 'request an appointment' button above and fill out our simple booking form. Please provide us with the following information:

• Your full name, mobile number and e-mail address.
• Your preferred day and time for your counselling session.

We will then e-mail your appointment confirmation in full with the name, number and e-mail address of your therapist.

Your confirmation e-mail will provide full details of how you will be contacted for your online session.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to full payment and are non-refundable.

Our Fees

• Individual Counselling - Face to Face or Online via Zoom: £68 for a full one hour session.
• Couples Counselling - Face to Face or Online via Zoom: £80 for a full one hour session.
